Merit Electric has constructed several large scale multi family developments and both private and publicly owned student housing projects. We have been involved in every type of project from design, development and construction of high-end condominium buildings, plan and spec building of university dorm facilities, building of large size private sector student housing communities and government housing buildings. With our vast experience in both commercial and multi-unit residential construction we are able to work on all facilities, especially with urban construction that is incorporating parking structures and retail into these types of projects.
